There are scam users who go out and post in as many places as possible to hurt a companies image. Anyone who contacts our customer service dept will know that we take satisfaction serious. We have Wyndham, Westgate, Sheraton, Marriot, Hilton specialists that know the in's and out's of these properties and their different pro's and con's.
